FLIGHTS SB140 SB141 BETWEEN NOUMEA & SYDNEY OF 8 JULY
As a reparation is in progress on one of our A330 aircraft, we would like to inform you that flights SB140 and SB141 between Noumea and Sydney on 8th of July have been rescheduled to A320 aircraft at the following times:
1st rotation :
- Departure from Noumea at 8.35am
- Arrival in Sydney at 11.05am
- Depart Sydney at 12.35pm
- Arrival in Noumea at 16:20
2nd rotation :
- Departs Noumea at 17:30
- Arrival in Sydney at 20:00
- Depart Sydney at 21:10
- Arrival in Noumea at 00:55 on 9 July
Customers affected by delays will be informed directly by email and text message. Our team will do everything necessary to send them the new itineraries by email.

FLIGHTS SB500 SB501 BETWEEN NOUMEA, PARIS & BANGKOK 5 JULY
Our A330neo aircraft, which was awaiting parts and repairs, will be back in service on Monday 7 July at 4pm Noumea local time.
An additional SB700 and SB701 rotation between NOUMEA and SINGAPORE will be put in place this Monday 07 July at the following times:
- Departure from Noumea: 18:45 on 07 July
- Arrival in Singapore: 01:05 on 08 July
- Departure from Singapore: 02:35 on 8 July
- Arrival in Nouméa: 14:30 on 8 July
Passengers affected by this technical failure have already been re-routed, or now have their new itinerary for a future flight.

FLIGHT SB3240/3241 NOUMEA PORT VILA OF JULY 4TH
Adverse weather conditions: Port-Vila flights rescheduled
Due to today's unfavorable weather conditions, the July 04 Nouméa-Port Vila-Nouméa rotation operated by Air Calédonie has been cancelled.
The company has mobilized all its resources to ensure that the passengers concerned are transported to their destination as quickly as possible. To this end, a special rotation is scheduled for Tuesday July 8 with the following timetable:
- Departure from Tontouta to Port Vila at 3:00 p.m.
- Departure from Port Vila to Tontouta at 5:30 p.m.

CHANGE OF AIRCRAFT FROM JULY 01 TO SEPTEMBER 07
From 1st of July to 7th of September 2025, our two Airbus A330neo aircraft will be grounded for regular scheduled maintenance.
In order to fully maintain its flight schedule, Aircalin has chartered an Airbus A330-300 from Hi Fly LTD, a European airline operating under the same regulations and standards as Aircalin (member of IATA, certified by EASA), a regulatory obligation with which our airline must be compliant.
The aircraft will operate flights mainly between Noumea and Singapore, as well as a few routes to Sydney and Papeete, for which customers will be notified directly.
Onboard service will be provided jointly by our Aircalin and Hi Fly crews, to guarantee a qualitative experience in Business and Economy classes.

Some elements of our onboard service are subject to change.
- Aircalin Connect: Wi-Fi connection is not available on this aircraft.
- Duty Free: the Aircalin Duty Free will be available on board. However, due to the absence of Wi-Fi, payment by systematic authorization credit card will not be accepted. Deferred authorization cards as well as cash (XPF, EUR, YENS, NZD, AUD, FJD, VUV, USD, SGD) and checks (XPF only) will be accepted.
- In-flight entertainment (IFE): our usual IFE program will be available for the duration of your flight only from your own devices, as individual screens are not functional.
- To access in-flight entertainment from your own devices (smartphone, tablet or computer): connect to the “STREAM4U” network or scan the QRCODE displayed on the seat. A pop-up window will automatically open in your browser, giving you access to Aircalin entertainment.
- If you prefer to watch your own films or series, we invite you to download your content onto your devices before boarding via your usual streaming platforms.
- Charging your devices:
- USB-A power outlet: a USB-A power outlet is available on your seat to recharge your device throughout the flight.
- 115 V electrical outlet: in Business class, you'll benefit from an individual power socket located at the seat's side panel. front of your armrest. In Economy class, sockets are available between seats, one for every two passengers.
